Still Need A Few Parts From The Damage On Left Side!
1ea, Left (Clutch Side) Fairing Red with white fonts.
1ea, Gear Shifter.
-I Would Consider An After Market Gear Shifter If Anyone Knows Where I Can Find?

Its bent and the tip broke off, I heard they were on b/o from ducati so I thought I would put the word out and hope somebody had an extra one...
Do you know about the interchangeable aftermarket shifter?

Nope, I had a guy who was going to sell me a used one (switch rearsets to rizoma), but his brother took it.
I will advise you to order both (shifter and panel).... if they take too long, I can lend you my old one, it was bend, but.. re-shaped and in working condition, and looks a bit ''bang out'', but at least you can ride ... I will keep the 'old' one as spare, they are easy to break and dificult to find...

The Left side seems to be the slippery one I went down on mine - Lowsided on the brakes. Saw a few other guys on here who have left side damage.
They must have Vexed them from the factory!

I have it at a shop now and they are rigging it so I can use till I get a new one. If they mess it up I would like to take you up on using yours. I will advise if they are unsuccessful on the modification.

In this case, my friend was going about 25mph approaching a 90 deg left in the road so he started braking like he was on his harley wideglide then lowsided . Bottom line I did not think he was ready to ride it and I will go with my instincts next time a friend wants to ride any of my bikes.

I am surprise that there is going to be a next time. I say take a deposit before you hand over the key. So far my Dad, who is a better rider then I will ever be, and a fellow Hyper owner are the only people to have ridden mine. I am going to let a friend ride mine when he comes to visit; he has ridden another Hyper and has a ZX1100 so I am not too worried. Plus I have shorty levers so the front brake it not too strong. A Harley rider ban might be good policy.
I am really disappointed in the shift lever on the HM, I have not yet heard of one surviving a lowside. I think a folding tip like on a dirt bike would be a nice improvement. It would also help it from getting ground down at low lean angles.

I'll jump for a folding shift lever too, if anyone knows how to entice a manufacturer. Is there any room to drill out the lever part of the shifter to install a bolt thru the hole? Or a cable clamp, ugly but some leverage. How about a welding shop that fabs with aluminum for a repair.
