Shift Tech Hyper Frame....

Just after some info on what has been done to the paint work on the front 1/2 of the frame. I love the look of it and am wondering how far the bike had to be torn down to do it.

Adam

....and hopefully i get my new (used) hyper tomoz :P

I think it's carbon fibre pieces applied over the frame not paint.

That sounds more sensible than paint. Would be better if they were painted ducati black.

Does anyone have a better close up picture?

I have a rule: if it has no practical use and it does not subtract weight, it don't get bought. (well, except for my cf license plate frame) But I did cut off/remove all those DOT reflectors to compensate.
HM S
race termi kit /cf panels
shift-tech hugger, + five small cf bits
Motovation sliders x 3
DP windscreen
DP race seat
cf tank cover
DP MG clutch side engine cover
STM Evolutione slipper
STM TI wire clutch guard
STM AL fill plug
STM AL vent valve
cf plate frame (exception to rule)
DP alloy f/w
DP pulleys
DP 520 chain (14x 40 gearing)
AL res caps
cheapie handlebar bag

Headwork and cams are waiting in the wings.

I'd loose the pillion pegs but my mrs loves to go with (and she has very practical use)

Yeah mate i hear you about the reason for mods. The bike already looks slick as is, but you cant say the black frame with a few hints of red doesnt look good

Yes guy's they are carbon frame covers, I just could not resist.

None available yet specifily for the HM frame so I had to take 3 set's of Monster frame covers and did some cutt/chop and grinding for while and that's the end result.

The HM frame has some huge welds on it where you just can't get over with the covers but I don't mind having a little red showing.

Hey Guido! The picture in the first post shows your bike with the magnesium Marchesini`s. How do they compare performance wise compared to the BST`s?
