suspension set up for 150# rider

I need some assistance in getting my suspension properly set up for my weight. Rear is ok but the front end needs some major help. Once the front end is dialed in i am sure the rear will require some tweaking.

The best $50 you will ever spend will be to find a local suspension tuner who can set it up for you. Talk to some of the local road racers and see who they use.
