Shift TeCh - excellent service
Hey guys i know that all of you have used certain bits from shift tech for your hyper but since this was my first purchase i find my self in need to express the quality of those people running shift-tech. hassle-free service provided and prompt response when i needed. unlike DP products shift-tech is best carbon quality.
By the way i ordered the timing belts. After seen dukepilot's rizoma timing belt i decide to go with shift tech CF.
Cheers to all the hyper owners!!!

Rediscovered this pic as I was sorting through my photobucket folders.
I bought a new hugger a few months ago because I wanted to change out the one that came with the bike. When I removed the old hugger I was shocked at what I saw:
You can see the vastly superior craftsmanship of the Shift-Tech.

Ditto
Ordered while in Kyrgyzstan, paid with Aussie Visa, shipped to bike shop in NZ ...and I am still in Kyrgyzstan...without the bike :-( No problems, hassles, hiccups etc, good service and Guido was always quick and friendly replying to enquiries.

Yep, Guido did me right back when I bought my CF windscreen. There was a very minor flaw in it and was considered a second. To be honest, if he didn't point it out, I wouldn't have even noticed. I never even would have thought to call him about it either, it was that minor. He offered me a small discount because of it. Shift-Tech is "TOP NOTCH" and Guido is a stand up guy. More than fair.
Hat's off to Guido and Shift-Tech. Fantastic service and products would be a understatement.... I will buy more Shift-Tech products in the future.....
