leo vince cat eliminator problem?

Just installed cat eliminator to 2-1-2 termi. Can feel a little air at clamps still when at idle...is this OK? Have tightened clamps "very" tight. Can anyone with this system tell me if they still have 1/2" from bulge of cat elim pipe to inlet of 2-1-2 termi pipe?

you should not have any air leak from the cat eliminator to riser pipe connection.

i have not seen the termi/dp riser and/or the stock riser installed with the leo vince cat eliminator, so i cannot advise if this is a fitment issue, or if you simply need to use a little header silicon between the pipes at the connection to more fully seal.

bottom line: you should not have exhaust leaking from the pipe connections.

This is a down fall of the Termis. I have the DP cat eliminator and the bike has been in and out of the shop trying to get the "popping" or back firing sound to stop. It still does it but not as much. They had to use exhaust sealant.
