enormous handlebars

finally installed the J Murph special flat track bars by Vortex. I will most likely cut these down 2 or 3 inches but wanted to try them stock. 34" wide! A little higher than stock and a bit more sweep. Rode for about an hour today and I liked them.

While I was at it I had a billet alum throttle that rotates on a ball bearing in the end of the bar that I had taken off my old YZ 4 stroke mxer. Strangely enough the tube fit perfectly in the hyper throttle housing and was perfect for the stock cables.

Holy geeze! You could bend those things up and make ape hangers out of them.

Reminds me of a bicycle I had back in the mid 1970s. Now all it needs is a banana seat with a sissy bar.

Is "Sissy bar" politically incorrect now? Would it be more like "Not-so-masculine chromed passenger back rest" now?

Well, you could get a steel skid shoe like the dirt track racers wear and pitch it sideways in those left hand turns!

You've got the bars for it at least
