Zard Collector/Termi Slip On Questions

I've got the Termi Slip On exhaust on my bike currently with the slip on ECU, the DP airbox cover and the O2 sensor plug out. I had Don at Modesto dial it all in and it runs great.

I'm looking at getting the Zard Collectors for the bike. For those of you that have the collectors - did you just undo the flapper but leave everything plugged in so there it no error message? Did you just remove all the stuff and deal with the error message? What shows up on the display if you get the error message - is it just the wrench thing?

Is putting them on as simple as it looks? I'm thinking an hour start to finish. Did you need to reset the tps or CO mixture or should I be good to go?

What is the deal on ceramic coating - what are the benefits? Any guess as to cost?

Ciao,
Hans

Wink Ceramic Coating

ceramic coating is more than just look's , it protects the pipe's and some say
add's power...

A complete set will run 155.00 in satin black or silver , champange gold is what I did on my Xerox 999R

MY 1100 S was done in Satin Black....

I have the dual termi's with LV Cat and I removed the flapper before ceramic was done....

Specialized also did my race exhaust on my 997TT

Specializedcoatings.com

Remember to pre-fit the system, than mark with a marker where all the pipes seat, than wrap a piece of tape around this line.

You dont want any ceramic inside the pipe or on the two connecting parts or you will have to do some heavy sanding to remove.
I will be happy to email you a pic of my S
