no loctite on the clutch pressure plate spring bolts.
in over 95k on three ducs with dry clutches, i have not had a pressure plate spring bolt come loose. if anything, the bolts tend to actually tighten, due to dissimilar metals (stainless steel or steel for the bolts and aluminum for the clutch hub). as such, i have taken to using a dab of anti-seize on the bolts on both my current dry clutch ducs.
just lightly snug the bolts down using a t-handle, and your good-to-go.
