Pics of new Zard Penta Installed!!

I just got the exhaust installed last night. And the good news everthing actually fit. The only thing that was missing in the kit was 1 exhaust spring and no O2 plug. My setup is Dp airbox lid, and DP racing ecu from the 2 into 1 system. Ran awsome today when i fired it up, but the idle was a little rough. Today i went and had the TPS reset know it runs perfect. This thing has some grunt. Heres some pics.

Looks really good Dustin! I'm not sure what their deal is with the springs. Someone else was 1 short as well? I guess they can't count very well in Italy. Do you need me to send you one, or do you have it under control? The O2 plug was in the boxes I checked - but any correct pitch bolt will work. Let me know if you need that too

Thanks anthony, but i got everything from my buddy yesterday and got it all buttened up. THe big bolt in the kit, is the midpiple bolt to motor, i thought the same thing till i went to put it in. A little info for people installing there Zard watch out for the midpipe exhaust shield it ended up hitting the subframe when i went out to ride hard from the exhaust shifting around because it is all rubber mounted. Easy fix i hope i haven't road yet since. All you have todo is bend the shield toward the pipe so its not so straight. I posted some better pics outside. enjoy..

Weren't you a bit upset that ZARD didn't make the stupid license mount and wire loom protecter using aluminum? I'll have to figure a way around it like you did too.

So what is the license plate bracket made from? It looked solid in the pictures Anthony posted in the other thread.

Out!
