K&N oil filter

Here is a pic comparing a K&N 153 oil filter to the stock Ducati oil filter. Just in case anyone was wondering about the height difference between the two since the K&N has the nut on top. The K&N is just a mm or two shorter that the oem. So overall the nut on the K&N sticks down about 3/8 of an inch lower than the oem filter.

I bet if you torque it down enough you could get it to be the same height! See that $6 nut is worth something afterall.
