Ordered One - Ducati.ms

took the plunge and ordered one today, subject to demo ride.
I am told....will be here in two weeks
(fingers crossed)....going for the S model got a good trade in against it.

Congrats!

The release in Europe is going to be a month ahead of the US. Take notes when you get your demo ride, we're going to want details.

Awesome! I saw one strapped to a trailer today in Virginia! I didn't think anyone had them yet, but there is was, riding down the street on an open trailer. Nice!

My dealer attended the journo' launch in Sardinia last week.....he said that bike was FUN with a capital F.

Said that it was very punchy low down (look at the torque delivery and gearing on the "spec" section on Ducati.com website,you can understand why).
Said that he thought that it would be as quick as my 1098 on the back roads. (In the UK,some of the back roads can be, lets say...bumpy!)

Also,which supprised me, he said, " how little wind blast there was,even at..... 120mph!".....Must have a neck like Mike Tyson!

Above all, the overall comment was the Fun factor......we'll see when I get my mitts on one!

Ditto here. Put money on a S today. Dealer says it will be here the end of June. So I'd guess probably sometime in July.

Most dealers should be getting one right at the end of June for the Hypermotard Premier June 29th and 30th. For some dealers, that is supposed to be be a demo.
I would think most dealers will get that one, and maybe another at that time.
If you are high up on the list, July is a safe bet. But I've heard that some dealerships have long deposit lists -- where are you on the list ?
My dealer principal is getting the first S, I'm getting the 2nd. It's tough to beat out the owner of the place for a cut in line !
