Only red
Ducati.com only shows red as the color for the Hypermotard 1100 and 1100S.
I am fine with red, but I know many of you want black or yellow.
Keep on the pressure, the 1098 line was first shown as red only, too.

Of course, these were photoshops done using the original Hypermotard show bike.....
I'm sure Ducati will add something other than red to the choices, hopefully this year. I don't want them all in the fastest red color.

Well..what's great is how simple it would be for a HM owner to change the color of the bike, as the plastic painted parts are just..4..
I will just wait until aftermarket industry provides those in carbon fiber....

Even if there were other choices I love the red with the red frame.
Wonder how the yellow bikes would look with a yellow frame...that could be cool if a little unorthodox.

Yeah, I can see a lot of Hyper's turning up in different colors soon. Did you notice that in a close up of the tank on one of the launch pics that it had a carbon shroud? Looks schweet between the two red sidepanels.

Agree on the red with red frame. The others look very nice too, but there is something about the red/red.
That shot has about all the accessories. I noticed that carbon fiber piece also on the accessory section of Ducati.com, along with a couple i'm not sure exactly where they go. It has the red 520 chain, sprockets, the footpeg sliders, the steering damper, the magnesium valve covers, the c-f passenger peg heel protectors, etc.
The stand next to it would usually have a pricesheet for the bike how it is set up. Love to see that sheet

Cassos and I saw the final pre-production HM-S today at the Legends of the Motorcycle Concours today at Half Moon Bay. Looks as good in person as in the pics we've all seen. The bike has a very reasonable seat height and is very compact. I'll get some photos up later tonight.
We also talked to a Ducati NA person today and while not specific, I think we can expect to see the HM in more than just red at some point in the near future.
We also met Mr. Terblanche who was gracious enough to chat with us briefly about the bike. He's very excited about the bike. It was a great show was lots of nice bikes from all eras of motorcycling
