Remove both connectors (Bazzaz connector to injector and factory connector to Bazzaz harness) and inspect the pins and connectors. Also, I don't know if you are having to pay to read the fault codes but you may want to swap the O2 eliminators and see if the code changes. If the connections look good you may have a faulty harness from Bazzaz. A hassle to change but this thing transformed my bike. I hope you find the issue and good luck.

We turned on the bike and kept it idle and there were no errors. However when we run the bike and revved up a little, then the error light turns on. Although the error was there, but we could ride the bike and nothing disappointed its engine performance.
Luckily, I don't pay for every codes' reading, so we'll follow your suggestion, clean the error agan and see what will happen after. Many thanks!
