Hyper 796 with the Wrench light on

Well I guess I hit my break in service time.Wrench light is on . Taking it in tomorrow for the 1st service. Anything I should know about ? Will the bike run stronger after adjustments ? Thanks everyone !! Love thus forum

well...every bike is different, but my bike rode a lot smoother after the first service. Completely changed the behavior of the bike and made it far more enjoyable to ride

I was told by the tech working on my bike that the rev limit is increased after the fist service. So I guess they do a little magic.

I believe that's not something they actually do, that's probably built right in the ECU programming. They just input the first 1000 kms service and the new higher limiter value is used plus the wrench sign disappears. I may be wrong though.

My neutral gear is still hard to locate from 1st gear. It always overshoots to 2nd... Then to N. the shop ran out of the normal dino oil that they suggest I use and filled it with a semi-synthetic instead.

Service done and so much smoother . Also I went to a 14 tooth sprocket and wow!! What a difference

It's the sprocket that did all the magic not the service.

Probably so on the smaller sprocket !! Bike rides so much better with way more throttle response . Thanks to all at redline performance in Yorktown ,VA .
