Whats a fair price for my Hyper?

Been looking around and saw way too many price differences. Got me unsure on what to ask. Its an 2010 1100 EVO 42xx miles with some goodies on it. Whats a fair asking price?
List of mods is below:
Powder coated black the Subframe, Rearsets, Triple Trees, Fender Tubes/Holders, Gas Cap, Brake Levers, Rear Sprocket Cover and the Handlebar Bracket
Andreani Cartridge Kit w/ .90 springs. Oh yeah its night and day with these!!!

MWR Air Filter kit. It has an intake hole of 85mm
R6 Front Master Cylinder way better brake feel then the spongy POS it had.
Galfer HH Brake Pads front and rear
Motul RBF 600 Fluid used on Brakes and Clutch
Upgraded the Battery Cables to a thicker gauge. Starter Cable Upgrade Kit along with a wire cover.

Primary reason is that im just gonna stick solely to track. For the street I currently own a scooter and honestly nothing beats it in the city.
Second is that I'm somewhat disappointed with Ducati and parts distributors. Besides that its nice and all but it's just not for me. I also want something smooth and the "V" doesn't do it for me.

I paid $8K this fall for my '08 1100-S, with a full Termi 2-1, with Termi air box, carbon tank cover, carbon rear panels to match the 2-1 Termi & Hyperpro damper, all with less than 5K miles on it.
