Should i or should i not

Well guys last june i traded the hyper in for a monster and didn't like it. I then traded it in for a triumph 800 xc and now i am thinking of buying a new hypermotard evo sp corse. i am getting a real good deal but need some help from you guys who know best. Is the suspension really hard on them or can it be softened up a bit if needed.

You will only think of owning the same car, truck or bike again if you loved it the first time. This is an easy one.. Buy it..

Don't worry about the suspension being too hard. You should actually worry about how soft it is.

Buy it, change the stock fork springs and oil.

I have a 2010 Evo SP and the suspension is fantastic! I wouldn't worry at all about it being too firm.

I've had 40 bikes in my 45 years of riding. Currently have an Aprilia Factory,
S4RS and an '08 1100-S Hypermotard. The Motard is my all time favorite!

Go for it.

I just bought that exact same Hypermotard last weekend. I traded in my 848 for it. The biggest suprise I have found from riding the first 100 miles is how tall the bike sits. I feel like I'm on top of a horse when riding it. I literally am looking over cars. I personally love the feel, but I'm sure it will be tough in a stiff wind. I'm 6'1" and I can barely stand flat-footed, so if you are 5'10" or shorter, you might want to look elsewhere. As far as the firmness goes, it didn't bother me. Actually the seat seems much better than the ones on past years.

I've enjoying owning a hyper for years but I vote no, you should buy something different. Right now I'm head over heels for my most recent purchase; a tricked out drz 400sm.

Multistrada, Speed Triple, perhaps a real motard? The perfect do-all bike doesn't exist. Some of those dual sport bmw's sure look nice.

The good thing about a HM is that it has long service intervals. My brother has a KTM 525 converted to SM, thing weighs 100kg's tops and has 65HP on the rear wheel. It's a blast to ride, but has to get a small service every 2 or 3 rides, where the oil and filters are changed/cleaned.

A HM only needs a service every 12.000km, which is really, really long.
