Winterizing Hyper
This crappy weather is starting to bite! I plan to install the larger fuel tank when available and do the Ohlins fork upgrade as well. Anyone contemplating ripping into their bike over the winter? If winter lingers, I may be forced to install one of those super batteries. If I can't ride, might as well do something constructive?

you are lucky, we don't get too much bad weather as to not being able to ride, so we can't take time off to work on the bike...

Lucky? Maybe we could do one of those Christmas Holiday swaps, you come to my place, shovel snow, take the dogs for a walk and scrape ice off the windshield while I hang at your place and ride your bike. I'll leave you some parts and you can wrench on my bike. Could you have someone pick me up at the airport?

Yea once winter gets to that point I will probably do an exhaust, retrofit hid headlight, and maybe integrated tail lights... other than that nothing to much

Wow, warm weather, your bike and your wife, Awesome! You're welcome to ride any or all of my bikes and the cleaning lady comes on Fridays. I'll leave a car in short term for you.

It snowed there Today?
Weve had snow on the ground since October 28th, and that was 3 weeks late!
Long winters = modded bikes!

I unfortunately get to ride mine all year, as long it is not raining. We only get a few days below freezing here but no real snow, maybe an inch or so every few years. I do my mods during the week, weekends are my summers.
