My Hyper on the Dragon
I made a quick run up to the Dragon a couple of weeks ago and ran the GoPro in both directions. A friend is in the process of doing a video from the footage and I think she's done a nice job so far so I thought I'd put it up. It's still incomplete, the resolution is not at it's highest and she's still playing with what exactly to do but I'd enjoy feedback.
By the way, yes, I know I totally screwed up the one corner near the beginning... the long one into the sun where I abused the center line. The one near the end when I was chasing down the car I don't feel so bad about, even if it's bad form.

Cool video dude. There's something about Muse songs that can make stuff seem pretty epic.
Did you clamp your camera to you handlebar?

Yeah, I thought her music choice was good. And yes, I used the handlebar clamp.

This is me passing a cop on Highway 1 in Nor Cal, at twice the speed limit.
I thought for sure he'd stop me, but he never even slowed down!

That seemed to happen to me a lot on my last trip to Cali. I only got stopped once but he clocked my buddy and we were in a construction zone (they go on forever there), but you already knew about that one.....

Yeah, I would have just "Badged" this guy if he pulled me over too!
I find the cops in CA far more reasonable than especially the cops in the North East; NY, Philly, Jersey. It's as bad as New Orleans there!

Connecticut cops were pretty hard core, but they paled in comparison the Massachusettes State Troopers. Those guys would run you off the road if they had to.
There is a lot of LEOs in Arizona, here we have the Local PD, the County Sheriffs and DPS. That's a lot of red and blues coming the other way and with the roads so straight, it's hard enough to behave.
Ironically, and hopefully not jinxing myself for next year's trip, we didn't see a lot of law enforcement in Cali, and we were flying......
