Anyone use a Motomfg stand for their Hyper?

I am considering this stand after seeing the video, it looks sweet! The price is a little steep, especially since I just bought a pit bull rear stand a week ago, but since it is going to cost me more money to now buy a front triple tree stand, I am wondering if I should bring back the rear stand and order the motomfg stand?

So who is using one? Do you like it? Are you concerned about the way the bike is supported in anyway? Does it create any stress points from just hanging on the one side of the frame? I am looking to leave the bike on it in the garage whenever I am not using it, so it will be on it all week and off only on weekends when I can ride.

Thanks

Love mine. Got the one without the wheels. It's built like a freakin' tank and I have no concerns about how it supports the bike. Now if the bike weighed twice as much maybe there would be an issue of all that weight being supported on one side.

It IS a bit of a pain in the ass to get the adapter plate setup perfectly the first time but after that you never have to do it again. Keep in mind you have to keep the stock rearsets.

That top mount pretty much becomes a frame slider since it sticks out about that far. You can always get the Rizoma frame sliders that mount on the frame in front of that spot. They're purported to protect the frame a little better in a crash anyway.

Hey Liberator

I was looking at my bike last night and was wondering does that mount get in the way when riding? It looks real close to the foot peg?

Thanks

Ya know I've never once even noticed it when riding.

Thanks and I am happy you are enjoying the stand liberator.

Neither of the bushings get in the way of riding. The upper bushing sticks out just enough for the locking pin to go in (about 1").

Let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks

If I don't get the wheel kit if I buy it now, can it bought and added at a later date? Or do I have to get it when I buy the stand?

And is the 10% discount I saw on another thread for Ducati.ms users still valid?
