MWR, Tips on air box removal?

I purchased the large MWR filter/box top. I'd like to keep the volume of the air box to it's Max and cut the top off, as opposed to heat gunning off the top half.
I've got the side panels off the bike & tank unbolted to where I can lift it a few inches, but it still looks pretty daunting, getting the air box out?!
Is there an online shop manual in English anywhere, or can anyone here give me any tips on air box removal?
Thanks in advance guys!

1st free thing that could eventually help is the OEM part catalog, that you can find on store.commoto or ducatiomaha.com

Shop manual, we host it on the french Hypermotard board, but it's in french... but plenty of pictures.

You have to drop the tank to remove the airbox.
I understand you have the 2 front bolts out so you can lift the front few inches. That method is usually enough to install the DP lid, not installing the large MWR filter.

You're not far from tank removal from this point.
Take the harness away, unplug the fuel pump and unbolt the running fuel line under the tank.
Then pull the whole thing out.

Just thinking about it now.
You can find on youtube 4 videos of the big tank install, where they remove tank and airbox

I didnt remove the tank when I removed the airbox and installed stacks/filters
If you unbolt the one tank mount on the back end of tank and undo fuel line straps you can lift it waaay more than a couple inches. I did NOT have to put the box back in so cant say about that.
