Are you suppose to keep the o2 sensors in with the termi kit or remove and cap them off? Hyper 2011

Oh cool. I have the Termi slip-on kit but have only put on the cans so far as I still have the cat. The only other thing in the kit is the air box cover right? Put that bad boy on and you should be good (but I think you have to lift the front of the gas tank for that).

And I don't think you have to worry about throttle position sensor resets since the newer bikes all have the Siemens chips which are supposed to reset the TPS at startup each time. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I'm not really positive on this but with the newer bikes I'm not sure you can get rid of that crappy surging/popping on decel below 4K RPM without tricking the O2 sensors with something like Dynojet's O2 Optimizer BUT maybe the DP chip already accounts for that. Someone enlighten me.

New models with Siemens DO reset TP on startup. Important not to twist throttle when starting.

DP ECU does a good job of making the bike run better but does not eliminate low RPM surge.
Reflashed ECU is the least expensive fix as 02s can be turned OFF.
