Questions.....

Past October, I had two accidents on my Hyper. My mind is flooded with worries and both times I was not prepared for Car Drivers Stupidities !!!
Well, last time, the LCD Speedo/Tach/Odometer broke. Only the colored lights work, the LCD segments are mostly dead and the "black stuff" leaked off the screen. Bike still runs great. I changed the bike color to Black because a good guy with a good heart gave me a great deal on the black parts from a wrecked bike he has. Bike looks awesome again.
Is it easy to swap the speedo ?
Programming ?
What do I need to do to swap it ?

Sorry to hear of your accidents bro. If am correct I think you might be f'd for just swapping the cluster. I believe the cluster is mated to the ignition switch and maybe the computer. Let us know if you find otherwise please. Post a pic of the look eh.

There is a company in the Netherlands that can disable the immobilizer and get you new keys to work with your dash. But I think that "TomTom" on this forum is offering it as well. Maybe send him a PM.

I have tried quite a few things that Gilly on this forum had to offer, but in the end no one really seems to know 100%.

We have a ECU that we sent to TomTom to Sweden, weŽll see what he does to it and if it works.

Yes, keep an eye on this thread JFB linked to. I'm still communicating with the manufacturer of the screen - MAE Elettronica in Italy, to see if they can supply a new screen. If they can, it's not a difficult repair, I can walk you through it. But their customer service is NOT good! I'll update that thread when I get a definate response from them.
