Questions.....
Past October, I had two accidents on my Hyper. My mind is flooded with worries and both times I was not prepared for Car Drivers Stupidities !!!
Well, last time, the LCD Speedo/Tach/Odometer broke. Only the colored lights work, the LCD segments are mostly dead and the "black stuff" leaked off the screen. Bike still runs great. I changed the bike color to Black because a good guy with a good heart gave me a great deal on the black parts from a wrecked bike he has. Bike looks awesome again.
Is it easy to swap the speedo ?
Programming ?
What do I need to do to swap it ?

Sorry to hear of your accidents bro. If am correct I think you might be f'd for just swapping the cluster. I believe the cluster is mated to the ignition switch and maybe the computer. Let us know if you find otherwise please. Post a pic of the look eh.

There is a company in the Netherlands that can disable the immobilizer and get you new keys to work with your dash. But I think that "TomTom" on this forum is offering it as well. Maybe send him a PM.
I have tried quite a few things that Gilly on this forum had to offer, but in the end no one really seems to know 100%.
We have a ECU that we sent to TomTom to Sweden, weŽll see what he does to it and if it works.

If they can, it's not a difficult repair, I can walk you through it. But their customer service is NOT good! I'll update that thread when I get a definate response from them.
