How can I get some more hight from my EVO

Can I just buy an adjustable rear link or do I have to change the shock also?

look on Ebay, you need a adjustable link from the Hyper "S" or a aftermarket one, they can be adjusted longer & shorter than you stock rod. Aloha Alex
