Why are you replacing? They come with nice rotors.

stock hyper rotors are 305mm -- stock 848 rotors ( 320mm ) will bolt right up and then just get the brembo caliper pacers to make it fit. 7.5mm is what you would need.you wont warp those!

I got a used set from Gotham Cycles for $200 when I bent one of mine. Worked like a champ! I don't see that they have any at the moment, though...

Get ahold of Alex (08Hyper). He started out with Galfers on his and now has something else (can't remember) aftermarket.

He started his mad rotor swapping due to warping. He warped several stock ones, the off-the-rack Galfers, and some special-made-for-Alex Galfers until he finally went with this new company (Berringer maybe???, IDK). I think these have been working for him though.

Brembo HP, Brembo T-Drive, Discacciati, Beringer, pretty much every brand got rotors with the correct offset for the Hyper, but they all are 320mm and requiere spacers.

Braketech got 310mm rotors, in steel, cast iron and CMC.

This is so sad, I warped 2 sets of Brembos, & 3 sets of Galphers. The problem with them is that they are too thin, at 4mm (Galpher) 4.5mm (Brembo) & they can't take the heat when pushed, but Galpher is a good company, & after 3 tries they gave up & refunded my money in full.

After much research, I ended up going with Braketech cast iron rotors, a full 5mm thick, slightly oversized at 310mm OD, & FULL floating. Probably the best desgined carrier to rotor arrangement out there.
Downside, they are pricy, and you have to run special pads that don't damage the cast iron rotors, also very pricy,
Upside, BEST braking & "feel" I ever had on the Hyper, and so far NO warping issues, thank goodness!
Aloha Alex

PS: 848 320mm rotors will not fit on a Hyper, due to the incorrect offset.
