T-Rex vs. Pitbull Triple stand

All, I am looking to buy a front stand and wonder if the front beak on the Hyper needs to be removed if using the T-Rex stand.
The Pitbull stand has a folding operation (according to their website video) and would work fine, however its twice the price of the T-Rex and I already have the T-Rex rear stand.

I'd need it to fit my Triumph Tiger also.

Borrowed T-rex front stand from a forum member last winter for my modification.

Works great, it's really a good product. You dont need to remove anything to use it.
