well i checked part numbers and I'm fine, a 1100 rear fits a 796. the funny part is my owners manual says my 796 has a 42t rear and in fact its a 41t rear.i noticed when i had to check part numbers and the parts manual for the 796 says its a 41t so i checked on my bike and sure as shit it was a 41t rear sprocket.

Keep the 15 front and run a 43 or a 44 rear. The 44 goes like stink in the twisties.

If I fit a 44t, do I need to change the chain too? Or adjust the chain?
