Leaking Clutch Reservoir 2010 HYM796

Anyone else experience this?

After some of the initial build issues prior to putting any miles on my Hyper, now I have a whopping 51 miles on it as of yesterday.
I have oil leaking from the clutch reservoir and two places on the motor that are not the oil filter, drain plug or cooler fittings,

WTF Ducati, are these design fitment issues, manufacturing issues, your QC is marginal. With all the bikes I've owned my first Ducati is by far the worst in terms of quality.
There is something I just can't put my finger on, oh its the quality.

They can't be design issues, because after the 9th design revision I'm sure they got it straight after the design was approved and released.
Gotta be manufacturing not following the process.

I wanted to take a look at the air filter today, just being curious, and discovered the sound deadening material the wraps around
the top of the airbox was partially folded over the box with the air inlet partially covered.

I normally never buy a first year model, mostly because of the "learning curve" for a new model. And apparently this particular build had
been sitting on the dealer floor since late Jan, early Feb 2010.

I wonder if this would have been an early build.

Don't know exactly when they came out, but January 2010 sounds pretty early. You should know there is a service bulletin for oil leaks caused by the cylinder base gasket. Ducati redesigned the gasket and replaced mine for the front cylinder, the only one leaking. Get it to a dealer.

I am aware of that TSB. So its an official TSB? Not where I am seeing the leaks from, at least based on photos pertaining to a thread on this. One front one rear, I need to confirm from where and get a couple photos.

Ducati was nice to engineer out all the leeks, but not all the leaks.

bty I cannot FN sleep.

I believe the leak travels up head bolts and appears to come from there, but it is originating from the base gasket. Took my mechanic a while to figure it out, and to find the documentation from Ducati.
