A couple of ?'s about my '11 hyper evo
So i have a few question about my hypermotard, its an 1 hypermotard 1100 evo SP
well ive been lookin at exhaust and have decided on the SC project full exhaust and was wondering what i should do about tuning it? Before anyone says it i have searched and read threw this forum but am still not exactly sure? should i buy the SC project complete exhaust and just buy a Ducati ECU, again im not the greatest when it comes to this but i have been reading about the Bazzaz and the power commander but im still unsure of what to do?
also i was wondering about the removal of the charcoal canister on the bike, will this void the warrenty if i remove it and if not how can i remove it?
thank you in advance for any help!

The dealer should have offered to remove that evap cannister for You... depending on where You are, anyway.
As for Your other questions, a Power Commander or Bazzaz unit is very important for fuel regulation, not just for maximizing horsepower. Do Duc Shop stacks, SC Exhaust and Bazzaz Z-Fi. You'll be stylin even with that stock ecu. For maximum power, get DP race cams with dedicated ECU.

im in VA so i dont think that it will be a problem, so i will be ok with doing the full SC exhaust and the ducshop stacks and a bazzaz Z-FI and leaving the ECU stock? or should i just buy the Ducati ecu thats programmed for the full termi system? again thanks for all the help this is my first DUC and i wanna do it right!

The DP Cams/ECU package deal I got when prices were low and supply was high... The package really lends more top end as well as torque. The ECU +fuel threshold is a proper call for ultimate performance. Have a reputable Duc mechanic do the cams job... if You can find them. I heard DP stopped offering this as of August. Maybe a few left?
You'll be fine with stock ECU. Just have it tuned professionally once mods are in place.

Really just looking to do the full exhaust, the ducshop stacks and some kind of tuner right now, ill plan on doing the cams later on down the road if i can still find a set.
so i will be fine with doing the full SC project exhaust the ducshop stacks and the bazzaz Z-FI and leaving the ECU stock and it will run fine without any problems?

Quite right =D
Do check out the difference between headers... Some have used Leo Vince's with the SC can. The SC pipes will be stainless steel, which settles a warm magnesium color with age. Titanium will show colorations, different-looking and a tad lighter.

FYI the evo sp has a different Cam to the 09/09 hypers, the profile is almost the same as the DP cams anyhow
the new mtr has 2 o2 sensors, so tunning needs to be done buy an expert..(i had mine deleted with a pro-tune flash)..speaking from experience when i did exhaust and stacks .. you should always check the afr always period. as it took the team at pro-tune 4 maps till we were happy she wouldn't go bang!
each bike is different, fuels are different, etc etc
as for the DP ecu for this model bike, the dyno here at ducati OZ says its good for about a 1 hp increase
MR R (from oz) and i have both gone against the DP ecu and termi system due to these results i assume, He is using a PC5 it was not avail when i did my bike, i used a protune flash...we are equally happy and both gained over 11 rwhp,!! so happy time ahead....as as far as i know we both have not exploded!

Look at Mangler7 profile here on the board. Look at Mi profile. SC 2-1 can, I have the SC Headers. Mangler7 has Leo Vince's, I believe. Differentiate and decide accordingly.
Don't waste Your time with the Auto Tune/self-mapping kit. Run open loop, with the Z-Fi dynamo'd and mapped; so DEFINITELY DYNO TUNE IT after the dealer installs your exhaust and stacks.
