Streetfighter
Hi guys,
Just wundering, if you had an opportunity to get a brand new 2011 streetfighter S at a good price, WITHOUT giving up the hyper, would you go for it?
I know the are much worse positions to be in, but I just got my hyper, and I really really love it, but I'm also very attracted to the sf.
Thanks,
L

I like the SF too. I'm having a hard time trying NOT to buy one.

I have a beautiful brunette but I have the chance to get a beautiful blonde without giving up the beautiful brunette, what should I do?
Easy one . . . pics of the SFS when you get it (with the Hyper of course).
Addition of the '12 SF 848 makes adding a SF even more difficult to resist . . .

If I could afford it, hell yes I'd have both.

I bought the SF-s first... but still HAD to have the Hyper. They both are worthy in their own ways. I can't say one is better than the other, except for the adrenaline fix is usually cured by the SF, while the excitement of pushing the Hyper is a close second. Both bikes will test your skills, the SF just requires slightly faster brain activity to keep up with the bike... if that makes sense.
Dont sell the Hyper! Put your silly miles on it (I use mine as the daily driver) and save the special rides for the SF. This extends your time between valve service on the SF, makes those rides special, and lets you really have fun in the mean time on the Hyper.

If I buy the Multi, which was my original intention, then I'll still be looking at the SF and my next thread will be "I can get a SFs at a good price bla bla bla)
The multi was my first bike, and I really loved it, but then moved on to other brands (bmw and then harley) but I've been sucked back into the green/white/red side but really can't afford to have 3 bikes.
I understand what you mean though...the fun all around town bike and the tourer...

I have the Hyper and was also craving for the SFs, then I had an accident on my hyper and while it was being fixed my good friend lend me his Sfs for a month or so..... it calmed my urge, I still think the SFs is the nicest looking bike I have ever seen but it is on the rough side when it comes to riding it. having both would be great though, like Gilly said...
Maybe the SF 848 will be an easier and more friendly ride, they mentioned that they have changed the ergos a little bit.... maybe i am gay...

I kind of have the same dilemma.....love the Hyper but want a SF or Multi. That's the question........SF or Multi??? Any help or suggestions?? I have a Suzuki BKing right now that will give way to my new obsession. I just want another v-twin. The Hyper is a blast to and from work and short rides.....but want something else to fill the gap on longer rides or trips.

can't you use the bking for longer rides? I wouldn't trade my hyper in easily. It's a bike that does almost everything I require from it.
