Cool narrow rear tire???

anybody know what is the smallest tire size i can fit on the rear of my 1100?
it's a 150/70 that i'd really like to make work, but guessing it's too narrow.
or are there any smaller rims out there (less than 5.50) that could fit that single swingarm?

Go to the tire mfg websights, they will tell you what size tire can be safely run on what size rim. No guessing. Aloha Alex

I have an old Cannondale wheel I don't need. Though, I just cannibalized the axle for my wife's beach cruiser.

It would be nice paying $120 for a rear tire. But, I can't imagine how it would negatively effect the handling of a 70+ ft./lb. bike. SV650, I can understand.

dunlop Q2's are around $120 for a rear on the right websites, but they suck handling wise after about 50% tread life
