Shortened my Termi

What do you think?

I didn't like the way it protruded past the tail, and my girlfriend was constantly hitting it with her leg, getting on & off.
I did the same thing on my S4RS, because after the tail shortening, it really looked ridiculous!

Good, looks better, but does it make it too loud? Aloha Alex

Thanks guys!
Actually, no noticebale difference in the sound at all. I've always felt this bike was the quietest one I've heard, especially compared to my S4RS!
I can still use the DB Killer, should I want to, also.

I took off 5.5 inches. The hardest part was grinding the welds out of the head pipe end. You have to cut the front, because the carbon can is flared in the rear, to accept the cone. There are 5 spot welds on the head end, that took me over an hour to grind out cleanly, so I could insert the cut portion of the inner perforated pipe, back into it. Some S.S. rivits & washers to put everything back together and it was a done deal.
