fork mounts for turn signals??
Looking to ditch the handguards/mirrors/signals combo, anyone know of a company that makes a good quality aluminum clamp to fit the evo sp's forks that will accept a rizoma signal? Looking for something in black anodized or just raw aluminum. I looked around online but after an hour of searching I thought that this has probably already been solved here

I have been running these and they are great. They don't clamp to the fork but might be an option$24.00
Rizoma Turn Signal Adapters for Ducati Hypermotard
[FR411B]
These adapters will let you mount front turn signals on the Hypermotard for a much cleaner look after you've changed mirrors. These adapters use the lower side fairing mounting bolt.
These adapters may also be used for other applications.
MSRP: $29
Installation Note: A longer bolt may be required to replace the OEM fairing mount bolt when installing these adapters.
Note: Don't worry about the placement of the signals. They are quite visible, even from across an intersection (they can be seen through the forks). Rizoma signals throw so much light, they are visible from afar, even though these adapters mount them lower than usual.

Thanks, I might just have to order a set of those until I can find a fork clamp Really want the signals mounted just off the side of the very top of the forks and I dont wanna go with a drop mount off the bars. I've been still looking since I posted this thread and I can find clamps but only in nasty chrome and chrome is a definite no go for me.

Here's what I did. A few minutes with the lathe and belt sander. I have an '08 1100S so may have different forks from you but it's an adaptable concept.
Also, if you can handle it :-) check some of the custom catalogues. Several have universal brackets, usually in steel that you can use. Paint is cheap.

Wow, nice one there. If only i have seen it earlier. I wanna to fix a projector light. In the end i got the rizoma turn signal bracket and mount them out. Turn the the forks block certain percentage of the light throw. But still manageable. ^_^ as i dont blind oncoming traffic.

You get a dirt bike headlight that has the rubber forkstrap mountings.
Remove these from the light and drill out the hole in the rubber to suit your blinkers.
Safe, flexible and easily removable.

I went with signals integrated into clamp on mirrors. I didn't like the hand guard arrangement either. I didn't want to use bar ends, because I use a Throttle Meister cruise control.

Minusone, What kind of tail bag/box is that on your bike? The cleanest, sharpest one I've seen!
