Corbin seat
Anybody ever tried one of these Corbin seats, or seen one. The price seams pretty nice for some 'Merican crafted, real leather. You can also request Corbin to shape the foam to individual specs. I'd ask for something pretty neutral that doesn't force me into the tank. I can lean forward if I want to.
I have the stock seat (totally blows, duh). After a 360 mile day, I was a bit tender.
I've tried the DP one. I don't really like the agressive position of being canted into the tank. I under stand the reason why. However, my "nuts on the tank" riding is about 2% of my riding. I'm also a taller guy (6'2") so I like the option of sliding back for variety on longer rides. The DP seat doesn't really afford sliding back.

I too am 6,2 and tried the dp seat. It was a bit better but ya was putting me in tthe tank.
I just bought the Sargent and really like it however I wish the sides weren't so high so it was a tad more aggressive. But I don't really notice it when I ride.
I haven't really heard/read much on the Corbin..

I'm 6'1" and have the Sargent as well. Like it a lot and, yes, I'd prefer just a little more aggressiveness but overall I'm very pleased with it. I could use a little more padding I suppose, but I suffer from a sad lack of ass so that's probably just me.

Good luck with the Corbin seat if you get one. I had one before and it felt like sitting on a park bench. I had a backrest with it and that was the best part of the seat.

I've got a Sargent on my Monster that I absolutely love, but the one for the Tard is so god awful ugly, I couldn't live with it. Great seats though!

Haven't had one on my Duc yet, but had a Corbin on my RC51 and CBR1000RR and loved it. I thought both of them were very comfortable and nicely made.

Ha! Same for me and the Corbin I had on my Yamaha FJR1300AE.
It was just horrible. Biggest waste of money I have ever spent on a bike "accessory".
