Ride pictures from another part of the world..
Long 1 day ride in Lebanese standards, 303.7 kms, 40 kms of these on high way on the coast, high way means 2 to 3 lanes road, the longest straight on this high way is about couple of kms.. then all mountain roads.. hope you enjoy.

the ride was from Beirut, towards the North, on the coast until Batroun, then up he mountains to reach the Cedars, the highest mountains in Lebanon, they are mentioned in the Bible I think, then down the other side to the bekaa, dry and hot ( 40 degree celcius ), travel south again and back on the mountains towards Beirut through the another ski resort Faraya.

It is a french bakery/coffee shop/ restaurant... called Paul. pretty nice food there ..  .

Thanks... sorry for not explaining more about the pictures... Lebanon is known for the its Mediteranean coast and mountains very close to the coast, beautifull women, good food, hospitality and nice pot. 
Actually in this ride we went through 2 villages that are known for supplying most of the Weed and pot around here!
Some pictures show a forest of Cedar trees, which is our national tree, it is on our flag, very old forests, what is left of them...

Yeah it is a GoPro, and yes I ride with one hand...
