Stock ECU with Leo Vince/Zard Slipons??

Hi all.

Just wondering if anyone uses either one of these slip ons using the stock ECU and how the bike runs?

Thanks in advance

I don't have a slip on but I have the Leo Vince Cat Eliminator with the stock ECU. I have not noticed any symptoms of the bike running any leaner. I did however get the fatduc manipulator later on.

I know the Zard's are designed to work with the stock ecu. I'm pretty sure most slip ons are.

hi carbon tard

The official zard website says its ok to run the full and the slip ons with just the stock ecu. I'm using the full top gun zard system, however i'm also running stacks so i've got them tuned in with a pc5. I bought my zards from carbon imports australia, they are in sydney......ring michael and tell him Daz sent you.

You can always just buy the slip ons and take the bike to speedysmotorcycles in brisbane and have them check the air/fuel ratio on the dyno to make sure They are a great little workshop who take great care of my 1098 and hyper............i'll be there wednesday arvo if you wanna drop in for a chat
