Thin air in the clutch line with EVR clutch slave

Last time I took the Hyper to Buttonwillow I had to bleed the clutch at the end of every session because it wasn't working anymore. When bleeding from the master cylinder, the air came out in very thin bubbles.

I have the EVR clutch slave and I think that maybe the sealing in there have gone bad.

Do you guys have experienced something similar with the EVR clutch slave?

Francesco

I would expect to see a fluid leak at the slave end as it is more often under pressure. Check out the resevoir connections on the master or even the seals in the master.

just a thought.

are you 100% it is the right fluid? I have seen someone put the wrong fluid in before and it does not perform when heated a lot.

If not that, sounds like maybe the hose to the resi is leaking a bit. Have you tried swapping that out?

I use the Motul DOT4 RBF600.

I guess is the equivalent of the manufacturer recommended SHELL Advance Brake DOT 4.

no chance in hell the RPF600 is overheating. Air is being introduced in there somewhere. I would try the stock MC to see if that improves things to eliminate that as a possibility.
