Removing stock clutch hub

I went to install my DP slipper on my new 2011 evo and ran into a challenge with the stock clutch hub...
It seems to be really stuck on the shaft. The last time I put the DP slipper on my 09 the inner basket and hub came off as one piece and very easily.
Any suggestions?

huh? removing the stock clutch assembly (pressure plate, clutch pack, clutch drum/flange and spacers, clutch basket) is pretty straight forward. i do remember that the stock clutch basket bolts were REALLY on tight, and the factory used a shiteload of loctite on these bolts ... but using an air-gun to remove them is easy.

depending on which slipper clutch you are installing, you might also need to remove the stock clutch drum/flange spacers/bauer washer/o-ring assembly ... i know that on the DP/bucci slipper, you need to do this.

there is a really good installation PDF for the DP/bucci slipper clutch located @:
