Dynojet PCV & Auto Tune Install Help !!
Hey buds, can anyone confirm the proper wire location to hook up to the TPS to my PCV? My laptop screen shows throttle trim level at 100% always, even after warming up (130 degrees). I am getting no AFR readings yet I have triple checked all my connections and both lights are on. I cannot get Dynojet on the phone in less than a 20 minute wait! Some support Dynojet after you got my $500! My firmware is the 1.3.0.3 version. how can I get the 1.0.5.8 newest version? I tried to download it but no luck! The bike runs fine but I feel it is using Dynojets .004 map version and NOT auto tuning. I ride for 10-15 minutes and there are no tables to accept when i get back! Fustrating! Am I better off with or without a switch? I tried both but no luck again......help
Thanks,

Have you enabled the auto tune with the pull down menu in the dyno jet software.
I used a switch for the auto tune, turn it off so autotune isnt working until you are ready to map the trims for the way you ride.
I only did this for a few fast runs through the gears then tuned off again.
Then accepted trims then turned back on.
The switch is handy if the autotune ever played up you can turn it off and run on the map that you have created.
You also have to set the trims in the tables, I had it set at 12.8 to 13.2 .
There are 3 wires going into the tps, best to solder to the wire thats stated in the instructions, orange I think but could be wrong.

Orange wire for the tps is correct. I have an 08 1100 with a PCV also but no autotune.

TPS location
This is the plug that goes into the plastic cover on the left drivers side injector yes?
I have activated the auto tune in the pull down menu but I think my firmware needs to be updated. Some pull downs look different than the help menus.....

The kit comes with instructions I managed to figure it out and it was not too hard at all.
As Eltardo said, its all on the website under downloads, has the new DJ software update as well.
I think I had to download this to make it work

Autotune Agony!
Ok I am hooked up to the orange TPS wire and auto tune is hooked to licence plate power and ground. Lights are on in both boxes and Autotune is enabled (though box is dim?). I suceessfully downloaded the newest firmware and got excited to see AFR tables. I went for a half hour ride and hooked up the USB without turning it off and got no tables........ I'll start over tomorrow maybe solder new connections and hook up ground to battery?

Are you running a switch, if so the box has to be ticked in the Autotune configuration table, if not the box is un ticked.
When you connect to the bike you have to get table from the Pcv so it will show up on your screen.
If you want to accept the trim you have to accept them with the software.
Have you checked this
To verify that Auto tune is working you should see a real time AFR reading in the lower right hand corner of the software.
A value of 9.99 could indicate a faulty sensor or the sensor wired incorrectly to the module.
A value of 0.00 could indicate that the CAN termination plugs have not been installed or Autotune has not been enabled in the software.

Thanks for all the helpful advice! I do have a swich I can quickly reconnect. I am also getting a AFR reading on the screen that changes with the throttle. However the throole % remains at 100 at all times and the little check box under the AFR indicating the autotune is on has never been light? It must be a software issue as I can see the AFR going up and down but I get no tables. Maybe I need to switch that plug on the side of the PC. I just keep thinking it is not reading the TPS correctly (orange wire).
