front signals flah, rears dont ?

i had my bike apart for powedercoat. i installed oberon bar end signals up front. have the stock incandescent bulbs in the rear. when i turn it on the front flash normally but the rears come on solid and dont flash. if i unplug the rears the front flash real fast. in the owners manual the white and black power is connected to the front and back and white and green on the other side is connected front and back. so if my front flash why not my rear.

im tempted to install a flasher relay and bypass the instrument cluster all the way.

anyone have any ideas ? and no i dont have my stock handguards to plug in. i sold them a while ago.

Unplug the front. Your rears should flash fast. If this happens the rears are good, If they stay solid its most likely a wiring issue in the rear.
