hyper vs dorsoduro
I am in the market for a new bike. A friend has recomended the aprilia dorsoduro. I am wondering if anyone has riden both bikes and can offer a comparision. I've had a hyper 1100 evo and looking at another one but the abs and traction control on the dorsoduro are apealing option.
any opinions guys. thanks

Electronic gizmos, traction control and abs interferes with sponteneity and hoon behaviour.
I think I'll wheelie now - hang on -
what engine map am I in?
is traction control disabled?
The atrraction of the hyper is that it is raw and reliable when called upon at a whim.

dorsoduro has slower steering from what I've read, hyper has steeper rake... this could be a good thing or a bad thing based on type of road/preference (more/less stability.).
Electronics like abs and TC are a fantastic addition to any bike as it helps us keep them upright and crash less, avoid cars etc... as a hyper owner, I'd say these are a big plus in favor of the dorsoduro. it all comes down to emotion though.. what makes you want to ride it more.
