Subframe bent, or is it just me?

Short story. Truck decided to pull out in front of me last week. Of my 2 options, I chose to hit the curb instead of the truck. Perfect timing as I was going to post it for sale that evening...

So, the sub frame looked a bit off to me when bringing the bike in to get fixed. Dealership said they are looking it over again, but it looks bent to me. Just behind the weld where it connects to the frame. Thoughts?

Price is very close to being totaled. Not sure which way I would prefer it to go. Nice curb ding on the front rim they say will most likely get repaired instead of replaced. I would prefer it replaced, but that would push it over.

If you are talking about the subframe right lower bar towards the front which mounts to the frame...then it looks normal to me. It's supposed to have a bend/kink or whatever you want to call it. I just spent a lot of hours making love to my subframe- sanding, painting, clearing, and colorsanding.

Stand behind the bike and see if its crooked. Other then that it looks fine except for the scratch. Good time to powder coat it black

Even if it is bent, I doubt that rear section will have an affect on anything.
