2010 1100 Evo Hypermotard EVR Clutch Issue
Some months ago, I installed an EVR slipper clutch and EVR 30 clutch slave on my bike. Recently, I adjusted the Rizoma rear set/shifter and backed out the clutch lever plunger a tad for smoother shifting and for finding neutral more easily. I rode the bike a few times and for a few hundred miles, and everything was great. Now, for reasons unclear to me, when I pull in the clutch lever (Pazzo) and put the bike in gear, it lurches forward and then stalls out as if the clutch is not disengaging the transmission. I tried backing out the clutch lever plunger all the way but this had no impact on the problem. Please note that the bike only has 1600 miles on it. So, what's going on? And, what do I do to remedy this problem?
Thanks.

Are you sure the plunger isn't partially pressed (Engaged) and pulling off the pressure the plates require to engage to move it forward?

Same thing happened with Mine a few months back, only I have the STM slipper and a Yoyodyne slave. The problem is not hydraulic, IF Your problem is not dissimilar to Mine was...& hopefully You aren't riding it any further since this discovery.
Take out the clutch pack and ascertain the main nut is torqued down. That was the problem with mine when the lurching happened... If I would have ridden any longer, the clutch would have grenaded Also, if Your pack is glazed (blued/burnt), order a new set of plates. I'm running Barnett plates & a Ducati convex plate.

Guess I'll take it apart and do a look see and re-check torque on basket nut

Figured out what the problem was after I removed the EVR slipper clutch. It was the EVR clutch slave. Found clutch fluid on the push rod, and then noticed that the clutch fluid level had dropped a little. Must be a defective clutch slave seal....

My bad. I was wrong; it wasn't the EVR clutch slave seal but all of the clutch steel and friction plates being rusted together. Apparently, this occurred after riding back and from a track day in the pouring rain, and then the bike sitting for 3 weeks. Anyone else ever have this problem? Solution to the problem other than not getting the bike wet?
Thanks.
