Almost time for purchase.....
Only got a few more weeks here in AFG and I still can not make up my mind if I should go SP or not. The bike will be used for commuting and having fun. By no means will I ever go to the track.....should I just save my self the extra money and use it for mods? Or are the tires, suspension, and carbon really worth that extra money for what I will use it for......

I got the 796 because it's powerful enough to have fun, a little more upright seating position for comfort, and I like the lesser weight.
I'm 5'11" with the 796 and I am tip toeing the bike, I wouldn't want any larger. I most likely will be being a low seat in the near future.
What unit are you in BTW? I was in the Rakkasans of the 101st

Sounds good to me man, I know the dealers around me have been waiting for the 1100's for awhile now. Your time frame may be good for availability.

All the extras are the EVO SP were worth it to me...since that's what I got The biggest reasons in order for me were wheels, suspension, monoblock brakes, followed by I really liked the paint scheme.
There is zero wrong with an EVO and spending the difference on a Term 2 into 1 system.
Good luck deciding

I may lean towards a used one, that SP at the dealership is it still there? Dont have him hold it for me if it is because I still have quite some time here but if another SP comes in like that one let me know VDUC. I am visiting my parents first in south FL before I head back to texas, my wife and I are prob going on a cruise. So if I find one down there I might just buy it and trailer it/ship it to my house.
