Tripometer recall/calibration

Have noticed since I got my ECU reflashed to the full race Cams file my tripometer is now off.

Originally I thought this was stacks+new ecu+exhaust=poor mpg but I did some test this weekend and found it to be off. Did a 20 mile ride and clocked on friends bike to be exactly 20 miles. My bike read 13 on the reset tripometer and 20 on the main odometer. Also went past a sign that said 1 mile to exit and my bike didn't hit 1 mile until wayyyy after the exit.

Dug up some old threads about a recall back in 2007: Hyper Motard Recalls

Looks like this would be trip reading as km which would actually make my trip numbers higher which is the opposite of whats happening.

Anyone heard of anything like this?!

At least the odometer is correct, just annoying to not have a trip.

Haha...makes you wonder if the poor mileage everyone gets with the Cams ECU is not just trip inaccuaracy.
