wont start with factory ecm but will race

my bike has pistol pistons, port polish, duc stacks and a bunch of other crap. i put on the race ecm for more fuel but god its hard to start, wont idle , and runs real real rich so i attempted to put the stock ecm back on to play with it and it just has a buzzing rely under the seat and wont turn anything on. put the race ecm back on and all my problems return. i have a pcv for it but havent put it on. was just wondering what the deal is. it will run without the instrument cluster with the race ecu and doesnt matter on the stock it wont start either way. any ideas ?

Did you reset the TPS after you installed the race ECU? Mine ran like crap until I took it to the dealer for the TPS reset.

i saw in another thread i didnt have the ground hooked up. i havent had the tps reset. its going to indy ducati to get tuned so im sure itll run good after.
