848 to Hyper advice
I have a Hayden 848 for the street. I have a track only bike for my real thrills. I have been thinking about going to a Hyper for the street. Never rode one. Thinking more comfy, less ass roast etc. They look fun as hell.Would love some input. Are they good for semi long rides? How is the heat? Anything else you can tell me? Thanks

I have spent all day on mine. they are a blast.
laid mine down last week. total loss, thought about getting some thing different. that thought only lasted about 2 min thats how much I enjoyed my hyper. my only decision now is to get the sp or not.

rode my hyper last sunday on a 200km ride, during the ride I took a friends 848 for a test on the nicest piece of road, although I rode the 848 on track before and it was amazing, I will never see myself owning one for the road.... unless I keep the hyper that is... fun factor and usability is much better on the hyper....

I did about 4 hours on it yesterday. Anything after that starts to get uncomfortable, my ass and hand gets numb. Bike is lots of fun and a good commuter bike I take it to work like once or twice a week about 65 miles round trip.

Looked at an 09 1100s. Black, stock other than Termi slip ons. 6500 miles. 10,500. Sounds a bit high. Any thoughts? Im still doing research so I don't know the market.

Check the classified ads here. There is a nice Hyper with Ohlins fork kit and much more (BTW, I don't know the person selling). The Ohlins kit is one of the best upgrades I made to my Hyper.
