Swingarm difference?

Anyone know if the 08 1100S swingarm is different from 09 standard model? I thought they were all the same, but I noticed different part number (barely) for 08 1100S to 09 1100 standard?

Ok great! I figured they should all be the same until I saw the hiccup on Omaha's site. Multistrada should be the same too. Thanks for confirming. Buying one off ebay to powdercoat and would hate it if it didn't fit after it got powdercoated. Thanks again!

Why don't you just powder-coat your own in the 'off season'?

Well surely it gets cold enough at some stage during the year, when it's not 'ideal' riding weather, when you can take a week off riding? During which you can get your original swingarm to a local powder coater and then refit?

You missed my point smart-arse mike.

Well, FTR, I was away for a couple of days and I have to say that I'm disappointed that Mike got to say it first.

Where 'ya been Tard?

Chuckracer gave me a 6 month vacation from the .ms boards.

Had you said that Dave, my response would have been a lot worse.
