why do you need one asap? are you getting a lot of headshake? if so, why are you getting headshake? is your suspension set up properly?

Headshake is inapropriate here.
Headshake is when you experience a tankslapping, poop your pant a little and keep going.
Here I'm talking about a 65mph crash, riding on very poor road condition, that got me into a tankslapper I couldnt save and sent me flying.
As for my fork, the 25mm cartridges by GP suspension are not yet fully dialed in, but the front end has never been that good before. It's planted.
I dont want to start a new debate about steering damper here.
If a 600$ part can maybe save me a crash that cost me brand new 2011 Dainese riding gear, and my custom Bayliss paint, It's fine for me.

I've got the little DP damper. It's virtually useless and starts leaking just by looking at it.
Should have put in the extra money for the Scott.
Sorry to hear 'bout your get-off, hope you're fine!

my dp damper starting leaking while still in the box.
i used the mounting kit components to install an ohlins damper.
only extra part i needed to purchase was a ducati / ohlins mounting clamp, used on a 1098 tricolore.

I have the Scotts and love it. It is mounted with the under bar mount which raises the bars a bit and I love that too.
They are rebuildable and highly adjustable.

+1 Scotts is the best. I have had no problems at all with mine. Great investment. Just bite the bullet, buy one, and don't look back .

This. Super clean mounting. When you receive it and open the box the thing looks like fricken' jewelry. The difference is that jewery is useless.
