Sargent Seat delivery - Ducati.ms

Greetings,

Considering pulling the trigger on a Sargent seat, I am 6" tall and 240 less gear. I have the race seat now and after running 600 miles two weeks ago, my boys were numb.

I have read all the threads, bigger guys seem to be cool with the regular seat, taller seem to be good, short and fit seem to feel the seat is not comfy or they specify the low seat option.

My question is, for those who have ordered a seat recently, how was the turn around? I have a ride planned for the second weekend in June, will a Sargent seat typically arrive in three weeks? The web site states two to three weeks, is that real?

I don't need a heat option or a custom color...

As far as delivery, If you're not ordering anything custom and just a regular version then you should have it within a week or a week and a half.

I have one on my 848 and love it but i couldn't help with the Hyper

I have the Sargent low seat on my hyper and absolutely love it after 5000 miles. I'm 5'8" and 160 so the regular might suite you better.

I got mine from the motorcyclesuperstore.com Received it in about 3 days and was cheaper than ordering from Sargent directly.

I ordered mine on Monday and it shipped yesterday. Shipped out of Anaheim, CA and I am scheduled to get it today. Not too bad IMO.

I'm thinking of selling a Sargent seat for the Hyper that is almost brand new. It has the desirable red piping and has been ridden for maybe 1,000 miles. I like the seat, but bought it as a temporary while my stock seat was shipped off to Renazco.

Make me a reasonable offer and I'll see that it gets to you ASAP. I'll be glad to take pictures and email those.

Richard, is your seat the standard or low seat? I ask because I have the low and would prefer the high. If the other gentleman would prefer the low maybe we can work out a three way deal.

Edit - oops, nevermind. I should have looked at your link first and I would have seen that it's the low model like mine.
