Hey again everyone. I've been looking through the forum I saw this post from Motoman AZ on removing the charcoal canister which I thought was incredibly detailed and really great of him to put all of that for people. I have a slight difference on my bike and I was wondering if someone could look if they had a free second. My 08 hyper has a new slave cylinder and there is no hose like in the picture. I was wondering if there was something different I had to do to remove mine. Thank you in advance for your help.
I don't understand your question. Are you asking about hydraulic line to the slave? Or are you talking about something else? Maybe a picture of your bike would help clarify the situation.
Is this the picture/ hose to the slave cylinder you are talking about in Motoman's thread?
If it is, he was suggesting you connect a piece of old hose to the bleeder and run it behind the frame to keep your pants from catching on the slave bleeder.

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem.
Nothing from the Evap can has anything to do with the clutch slave.
Some people run a small piece of hose from the slave nipple and zip tie it to the frame, but its just so you pant leg dosen't get stuck on it & cause you to fall. Aloha Alex
